📌SLEEP TIME – 10 PM & WAKE UP TIME – 4 AM

📌MORNING GYM

📌DIET RECORD – (Timings are not fixed)
– Morning Pre-workout Meals
– 8 AM Morning Meal
– 11 AM Fruit Meal or Snack Meal
– 2 PM Lunch Meal
– 4 30 PM Evening Snack or Fruit Meal
– 8:30 PM Dinner

📌EVENING WORKOUT

📌DRINKING 4 L WATER

📌 READING 5 PAGES DAILY OF NON FICTION BOOK

📌TAKING EACH DAY SELFI FOR 75 DAYS
