Fitness Workout
In this video I lay out a workout plan people can follow to build muscle and get stronger. With this plan hopefully it will help new or beginning gym members improve the structure of their workouts. So they can improve fast and target every major muscle group. The routine is a push-pull-legs split and I demonstrate all the exercises to show how they are preformed. Lastly, I give out the routine, written out for people to see how it is structured. With sets, reps, and exercises included. Thanks for reading!
