In this video I show my weekly workout plan to prepare for long trail races later this summer. This includes running, hiking, biking, elliptical, strength training, paddle boarding, and lots of profuse sweating lol. I talk about why I train the way I do and go over my training zones (threshold training, VO2Max training, aerobic base training, etc). This week was a ton of fun, and I’m SO SO SO excited to finally be running and doing what I love again!
