Male glutes are pathetic. We will train chest, arms and back for 1 week straight and force a leg day consisting of quads and calves.

Times are changing however, more men are realising the importance of big legs but we’re still disregarding the glutes.

Having a large upper body and a flat butt for a man simply looks misshapen, it’s about time we started really focusing on this area of our body for attraction and functionality purposes.
