Fitness Workout for Men

Do you experience occasional pain after workouts? Or complain about sore, achy muscles after an intense “leg day?” No matter how fit you are, it’s nearly impossible not to experience some post-workout pain now and then

There is no shortage of choices available for addressing pain, but some options carry risks many people want to do without. Thankfully, Terry Naturally’s line of powerful, pain-relieving Curamin® products might be able to help–especially when it comes to occasional muscle pain due to exercise or overuse. These popular products have been customer favorites for almost 17 years, selling millions of bottles worldwide, and winning an impressive 30 awards. Curamin formulas are well loved because they are considered safe and effective.

The Power Behind Curamin®

Curamin combines four powerful, pain-relieving ingredients that get to the source and potentially alleviate the pain, rather than just masking it like many other conventional solutions. Curamin’s two heavy lifters when it comes to pain and inflammation are curcumin and boswellia. And these aren’t just run-of-the-mill, garden variety herbs. The curcumin and boswellia included in Curamin are standardized to deliver higher levels of benefits than others you’ll find on the market.

The Heavy Hitters: Curcumin and Boswellia

Curamin features the most clinically studied, enhanced absorption curcumin in the world, BCM-95® curcumin. Backed by over 90 published studies and counting, BCM-95 curcumin’s incredible benefits make this formula highly regarded among researchers and active people alike.

Some people think a basic turmeric supplement will deliver the same pain-relieving benefits as curcumin, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. Turmeric is the plant that provides curcumin. Turmeric typically contains about 2-5% curcumin, so taking an unstandardized, powdered turmeric product means that very large amounts would be required to get a beneficial amount of curcumin. Additionally, curcumin in general is poorly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. While turmeric is excellent when used as a spice, an enhanced absorption curcumin extract, such as BCM-95, is a better choice for those looking for health benefits.

The other multi-tasking botanical included in Curamin is boswellia, which has been a vital component of Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Unique among botanicals, boswellia supports pathways in the body–especially the 5-Lox pathway–untouched by other compounds. The boswellia used in Curamin products, called BOS-10® boswellia, is clinically studied and uniquely standardized to provide 10 times more of the key compound (AKBA) compared to unstandardized forms of boswellia. Plus, BOS-10 boswellia contains virtually no pro-inflammatory beta-boswellic acid. This herb is especially helpful along pathways in the body responsible for pain relief, comfort, and mobility.

Additional Key Ingredients

DLPA and nattokinase round out the Curamin formulas. DLPA is a combination of two amino acids, d- and l-phenylalanine. It supports healthy levels of the body’s feel-good hormones associated with positive mood, including dopamine. Maintaining healthy levels of these hormones further assists in pain relief. Nattokinase is an enzyme that supports healthy circulation, ensuring the nutrients in Curamin are delivered to where they can be the most effective.

Everyone experiences pain at some point, and finding a way to deal with it can be a challenge. People want relief, but they don’t want to compromise their health. Fortunately, there’s Curamin.
