Grab your dumbbells (or if you are at home 2 water bottles) and follow along! This summer I want you to show off your STRONG arms and feel proud in that tank top!!!

I am going to take you through some of my favorite arm exercises and guess what, you can do a majority of these sitting down! (my fav if you are in the mood for a lazy girl workout) 💪

For my newbie gals 📍
Grab a set of 2.5-5 lb dumbbells to start, if it feels light then I recommend increasing your weight by 2.5-5lbs!
