Ingredients

HOT & SPICY WALKING TACOS

Lime Crema:

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Half lime, juiced and zest
  • Pinch salt

Tacos:

  • 8 oz ground chorizo, sausage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 bags Quest Hot & Spicy Protein Chips
  • ½ cup grilled corn kernels
  • 2 oz cotija cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Method

  1. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, lime juice, zest and salt. Set aside.
  2. Brown the chorizo in a large skillet over medium heat and olive oil until cooked through.
  3. Open the bags of chips, crush them and then fold down the tops.
  4. Fill with cooked chorizo, corn, cheese, cilantro and crema. Serve.
