Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the flour, garlic powder and salt to a bowl, combine the egg and hot sauce in another bowl and the blended chips in a third bowl.
- Coat each wing in the flour, and then cover in the egg mixture.
- Finally coat each wing in the crushed chips and place the wings on the baking sheet a couple inches apart.
- Bake the wings for 28 minutes and an internal temperature of 165 F.
- Cover the wings with tin foil after 7-8 minutes to keep the coated chips from burning.
