Method
- Place the almond flour, baking powder, salt and protein powder into a mixing bowl and combine.
- Add in the eggs, oil, vanilla extract and almond milk and whisk until smooth. Stir in the Quest Bar pieces.
- Turn on medium–low heat for griddle or a non–stick pan and spray with nonstick spray. Once hot, cook the pancakes ¼ cup at a time until cooked through.
*If the batter sits for too long, it will soak up moisture so you may need to add a tablespoon or so of almond milk to thin it back out. - Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
