Ingredients

CHOCOLATE COCONUT COOKIES

Method

  1. Melt the butter and peanut butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, protein and salt.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut and bar pieces.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a cookie scooper to scoop 14 evenly sized balls onto the baking sheet.
  5. They will spread a little bit and you can use the back of the scooper to press them down slightly.
  6. Chill in the fridge until solid, about 1 hour.
