Ingredients

QUESTIFIED BIRTHDAY MUG CAKE

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp zero calorie sweetener
  • Pinch baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp melted butter, cooled
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 Quest Birthday Cake Bar, chopped 1 tbsp almond milk

Method

  1. Prepare a mug with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, vanilla and sprinkles.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and egg and then add to the dry mixture and combine.
  4. In a microwave safe bowl, add the chopped Quest Bar and milk and microwave on high for 12-15 seconds.
  5. Stir until smooth and then fold into the batter.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared mug and microwave on high for 45 seconds-1 minute.
  7. Flip the cake out onto a plate and serve or eat directly from the mug.
