Ingredients

BACON CHEESEBURGER BITES

  • 3oz cheddar cheese (block)
  • 1 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bags Quest Cheese Crackers, crushed
  • 4 strips bacon, crumbled
  • 14 sandwich pickles

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cheese into 14 evenly sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the beef, salt, pepper, egg, crackers and bacon.
  4. Make 14 evenly sized balls and make a divot into the center of each.
  5.  Add a cube of cheese and form the beef around the cheese and roll back into a ball and then place them onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven, top with pickles and a toothpick. Serve with ketchup or mustard.
