Okay, probably not—but this Pumpkin Feta Dip is so good, it should’ve been! Creamy feta, cozy pumpkin puree, and fresh thyme, all topped with chopped Quest Pumpkin Pie Bar for that extra something to be thankful for. When your guests beg for the recipe, just give them a wink and say, “Oh, it’s been in the family since 1621.”

Ingredients

PUMPKIN FETA DIP

  • 8oz feta, drained
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tbsp liquid zero calorie sweetener
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Quest Pumpkin Pie Bar, chopped

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients (besides the Pumpkin Bar) into a food processor and blend until smooth. You will need to stop and scrape the sides from time to time.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and top with more fresh thyme and the chopped Pumpkin Quest Bar.
  3. Enjoy with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
