Ingredients

PEPPERMINT BARK EGGNOG

Method

  1. Cut the protein bar into small pieces and place them into a microwave safe bowl with ¼ cup of almond milk.
  2. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir smooth. Set aside.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks and zero calorie sweetener together.
  4. Place 1 ½ cups of almond milk into a pot over medium heat.
  5. Once warm (not hot), slowly whisk in egg yolk mixture and cook until hot (about 165F).
  6. Remove from heat and add the remaining milk, spices, peppermint bar mixture and protein powder. Whisk smooth.
  7. Serve hot with toppings or chill and serve cold with toppings.
