‘Tis the season for cookies, and according to Instagram, they better be impressive. We’ve got you covered with Questified Cranberry Bliss Bars using Quest Cinnamon Brown Butter Protein Cookies because they’re lit up with both festive ingredients and deliciously satisfying protein.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 6×6 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cookies into a food processor and blend until fine crumbles form.
  3. Add in the cashew butter and pulse until combined add in half of the cranberries and white chocolate pieces andcombine.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Place the cream cheese into a bowl of a stand alone mixer and beat until fluffy.
  6. Add in the milk, protein and sweetener and beat until combined.
  7. Spread the mixture over the cookie layer and top with remaining cranberries.
  8. Melt the remaining white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  9. Drizzle over the top of the bliss bars. Chill for 1 hour.
  10. Cut into 8 triangles and serve.
