Ingredients

BUFFALO RANCH LOADED CAULIFLOWER TOTS

  • 16oz frozen cauliflower tots (Good & Gather Brand)
  • 3 Bags Quest Buffalo Ranch Tortilla Protein Chips, finely crushed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp oat flour
  • ¼ cup ranch
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
  • 2 pieces of bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the crushed chips, beaten eggs, and flour into their own shallow bowls. Coat the frozen tots in the flour, coat in egg wash and then finally cover in crushed chips.
  3. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes. Transfer to a serving tray.
  4. Stir together the ranch and buffalo sauce and drizzle over the tots.
  5. Finish with green onion, chopped bacon pieces and crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately.
