Method

  1. Line a 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. Add the heavy cream, butter and sweetener to a sauce pan over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate.
  4. Once smooth stir in the vanilla and protein powder.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
  6. Top with the the chopped Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar and chill for 2 hours before cutting into 14 pieces and serving.
