Love handles are hard to get rid of, but it looks good when they are gone. I am going to give you a workout to help get rid of the love handles, but it is important to remember that you need to focus on your nutrition if you are going to see any results. If you are going to lose fat, you also need to eat at a caloric deficit. You need to be burning more calories than you are consuming each day. Now, let’s get started with the exercises in this love handles be gone workout for men over 50.

Exercise #1: SEATED PUNCH WITH A TWIST. You also use dumbbells in this exercise to make it more difficult. You are going to be in a russian twist form, and go side to side punching with the dumbbells. This engages your abs because you are keeping your back from laying on the ground.

Exercise #2: SIDE PLANK WITH ROTATION. You are going to be in a side plank position on your elbow. You are going to reach under your stomach and behind you then come back and bring your arm straight in the air. You are going to do this on each side at a time.

Exercise #3: KNEE TO ELBOWS. You are going to be standing for this exercise. Bring your knee to your opposite elbow, and go from side to side. You can go fast or slow in this exercise, it all depends on what is a good challenge for you.

Exercise #4: SIDE BRIDGE. You are going to be in a side plank position, except this time you are going to be on your hand and not your elbow. Lower your hips down then lift your hips back up. You are going to do this on each side again.
