Fitness Workout for Men
If “Women’s Workouts” Were Marketed To Men 😂

You guys loved last week’s “If ✨Men’s Workouts✨ Were Marketed To Women” reel and so we knew we had to share the flip side! Thanks for being such a good sport, @timbomgren! 😂

👉🏼I legitimately think I’ve seen all these titles while scrolling my home feed before…
1️⃣MUFFIN TOP BE GONE!!
2️⃣BRA BULGE BLASTER!!
3️⃣INSTANT BUBBLE BUTT!!

WHY are videos titled like this, when we KNOW “spot-toning” or “spot reduction” doesn’t work?! Because they get clicks! Again, it’s all about marketing 🤯🤯

My two cents? If you want to focus a workout on your back, go for it! I love training back! Just know that the research says “spot-toning” or “spot reduction” is much (much!) less effective than following a well-rounded, full body workout plan.

As always, my recommendation is to set goals that focus on making you feel STRONG rather than picking on an insecurity ❤️
