Ashley Joi brings the heat in this fiery abs and booty workout. This 30-minute class consists of four blocks packed with a variety of glute and abdominal exercises. Get your heart rate up as Joi guides you through 30-second intervals of high-intensity cardio and strength training, followed by 30 seconds of rest. As always, modifications are provided throughout this workout.
