I did the 10-day challenge workout to burn fat according to the K-pop group Le Sserafim’s exercise when they were trainees.
The girls practice too harshly, so I made the video with times of practice that even a beginner can practice.
And if you want to achieve high performance and perform movements with times the same as the Le Sserafim group has practiced, then do this exercise twice a day.
Let’s try it. Practice is so tiring, but the result achieved is truly well deserved.
