Quick Fitness Workout
Dr. Natalie Gentile demonstrates a Tabata workout that will give you a full workout in a small space– even within the boundaries of your yoga mat! Tabata training starts with a five-minute warmup and then works in 20 second exercise intervals, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Remember to end with a 10-minute cool down after this high-intensity workout.

1. Side lunge to the right and bring the knee in when standing (20 seconds)
BREAK (10 seconds)
2. Side jumps or side steps- touch knee to opposite elbow (20 seconds)
BREAK (10 seconds)
3. Side lunge to the left and bring the knee in when standing (20 seconds)
BREAK (10 seconds)
4. Side jumps or side steps- touch knee to opposite elbow (20 seconds)
BREAK (10 seconds)
Repeat from step 1 until song ends

1. Right leg backward lunge with right arm shoulder press (20 seconds)
BREAK (10 seconds)
2. Quick feet (20 seconds)
