Ingredients

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, syrup and chopped Quest Hero Bar.
  2. Add in the protein powder and coconut flour and stir until combined.
  3. Use a 1” cookie dough scooper to make 12 evenly sized balls.
  4. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

*Store peanut butter energy bites in the refrigerator
