  • 600mg Fenugreek
  • 470 mg ZMA
  • 500 mg Shlajit
  • 250mg Calcium
  • 100 mg Boron
  • 100 mg DIM
  • 100 mg Tongkat ali
  • 40 mg Indole-3-Carbinol
  • 50 mg Astragin

KSM-66™ (Ashwagandha) (Withania Somnifera)

Ashwagandha root, also known as withania somnifera, contains numerous bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, and steroidal lactones and has been used in traditional ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha supplementation has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, may reduce stress and anxiety, may improve cardiovascular endurance, and can increase natural testosterone levels (5)(6)(7)(8). KSM-66™ is a trademarked compound that has been clinically proven to increase testosterone by 17%, semen volume by 53%, sperm concentration by 167%, luteinizing hormone by 34%, and sperm motility by 57% (9).

Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum)

Fenugreek is a plant native to India and North Africa, which is used globally as an herb, food, spice, and traditional medicine (10). Scientists hypothesize that fenugreek contains compounds called furostanolic saponins, which help increase testosterone production. A 2017 study involving 50 men, ages 35 to 65, found that taking 500mg of fenugreek led to an increase in free testosterone levels from 46% to 90% and improvements in sperm count for 85.4% of the participants (11). Another placebo controlled study found that fenugreek supplementation led to significant increases in strength and body composition (12).

Calcium (as Calcium D- Glucarate)

Calcium D-Glucarate combines calcium and glucaric acid, which can be more readily used by the human body (13). Calcium glucarate can help detoxify the liver, reduce low density lipoproteins (LDL), and remove excess estrogen resulting in improved testosterone levels (14). In an animal study, serum estrogen levels decreased by 23% when subjects were administered with calcium-d-glucarate (15). A 4 week human study found that the group who performed resistance training with calcium supplementation had greater increases in testosterone (16).

ZMA 2000® (Magnesium Aspartate, Zinc Aspartate, L-OptiZinc® Magnesium Oxide, Pyridoxine HCl, Zinc Oxide)

ZMA 2000® is a registered trademark formulation containing a complex of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 to help you improve your sleep quality and increase your anabolic hormones, such as testosterone.

Both magnesium and zinc are minerals required by the body for the maintenance of healthy muscles (17). Magnesium and Zinc play a fundamental role in numerous metabolic reactions including the production of testosterone (17). ZMA supplementation has been shown to help enhance anabolic hormonal profiles, reduce catabolism, improve immune status, and/or improve adaptations to resistance training (18).

PrimaVie® (Purified Shlajit)

Shilajit is a blackish-brown substance found in the Himalayan mountains common to Ayurvedic medicine (19). Shilajit contains fulvic acid, dibenzo-α-pyrone, and other humic substances which have shown to increase adenosine triphosphate (ATP) availability and increased sex hormone production (20)(21). A placebo controlled study found that a 500 mg daily dose increased total testosterone, free testosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEAS) compared with a placebo (22). Another placebo controlled study found that 500 mg dose PrimaVie® Shilajit supplementation led to favorable muscle and connective tissue adaptations (21)(23).

Boron (as Boron Citrate)

Boron Citrate is an alkaline form of the mineral boron which plays an important role in the functioning of your hormones (24). Boron supplementation has been shown to lower sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) which elevates free testosterone blood levels, resulting in more muscle growth, strength, and recovery (25). Boron supplementation can also increase magnesium absorption and enhance Vitamin D levels for those who are already deficient (26).

DIM (as Diindolylmethane)

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a component of Indole-3-Carbinol and an anti-inflammatory compound found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower (27). Supplementation of DIM promotes healthier estrogen metabolism including helping eliminate sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), which can help elevate testosterone levels (28).

Indole-3-Carbinol

Indole-3-Carbinol is a precursor to Diindolylmethane (DIM) and functions as an anti-carcinogenic and anti-estrogen compound (29)(30).

Tongkat ali (Eurycoma Longifolia)

Tongkat Ali (TA), also known as eurycoma longifolia, is used in traditional medicine in Southeast Asia to benefit a variety of bodily systems, such as healing sexual dysfunction, enhancing exercise recovery, increasing energy, and increasing strength; it is also used as an aphrodisiac, antibiotic, appetite stimulant, and health supplement (31). A study confirmed that TA supplementation resulted in significant increases in total and free testosterone concentrations, as well as had an ergogenic benefit for enhanced muscle strength (32). TA supplementation improved erectile-function-domain, the sexual libido, sperm motility, and semen-volume (33).

Astragin™ [Astragalus Membranaceus & Panax Notoginseng]

Astragin™ is a trademarked combination of Astragalus Membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng. Astragalus is a flowering plant used in traditional chinese medicine that contain polysaccharides, flavonoids, and saponins, which can have multiple pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, immuno-regulation, anti-oxidative stress, vascular protective, anti-neurodegeneration, and anti-aging effects (34). In the end, Astragin™ may help enhance nutrient absorption and bioavailability of the ingredients.
