Bigger Arms for Older Men! Over 60 Arm Workout at the Gym! This Arm Workout is designed to be about 45 minutes and targets the biceps and triceps hard!
Today I started with heavy (for me anyway) barbell curls to get the arms in the workout mode. I then alternated doing 3 sets of a bicep exercise, then 3 sets of a tricep exercise with 4 different exercises for both biceps and triceps… no supersets today.
I did forget to record one of my tricep exercises today (tricep extensions using an EZ Curl Bar) so, you won’t see that one…
