About this video: Exercising while pregnant has so many benefits. There are many safe exercises during pregnancy. Pregnancy workouts are made to be safe for well….pregnancy. Pregnancy exercises and pregnancy stretches can help prevent certain pregnancy complications and I will discuss how in this video. Many women are under the impression that exercising when pregnant is somehow harmful to the baby, but that is untrue in most circumstances. Talk to your own OB or Midwife if there are any exercises you need to avoid during pregnancy.
