Fitness Workout for Men
It is still possible to build muscle as a man over 50! Whether you are working out at home or in the gym, you can build more muscle and lose fat at the same time as a man over 50. You don’t need a lot of equipment to do it. The most important thing is to utilize good form with lighter weights. If you use bad form with heavy weight, you are not focusing on the muscles you are working as much.

If you are not used to working out, or have not worked out for a while…this is a great workout for you to do a few times a week. Focus on improving week to week, and maybe go to 4-5 workouts per week. Do this and I promise you that you are going to start building more muscle. Work your muscles and fatigue them and focus on recovery and eating enough protein, in order to get great results.
