Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare 8 (3-inch) silicone donut molds with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the flours, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, add the chopped bar and milk. Microwave for 30-40 seconds and stir until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly before whisking in oil and eggs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and use a rubber spatula to fold the ingredients together until no dry spots remain.
  5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill the donut molds about ¾ full.
  6. The batter should fill 8 molds. Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before removing. Once cooled, stir together the glaze and dip each donut in the glaze letting the excess drip off.
