Ingredients

QUEST DEVILED EGGS

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips

Other:

  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar

Method

  1. Hard boil and peel the eggs.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks into a bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon, chives, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper and then mix until combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed chips. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, add hot water, food coloring and vinegar.
  5. Drop the egg whites in and let sit for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and place them onto a paper towel.
  7. Fill each egg white cavity with the yolk mixture and top with chopped chives. Serve.
