Sofia Richie‘s post-honeymoon glow seems to be adding an extra layer of joy to every part of her day, including her workout routine. On July 15, Richie shared a glimpse at her “quick and effective” 15-minute morning workout led by certified fitness and pilates trainer Elizabeth Vidor on TikTok. “All right, guys. We’re at my house today. I have 15 minutes to do a workout so Elizabeth is here,” Richie said in the video, which began with three 45-second sets of jump roping. “I wanted to start my day off on a positive note, so let’s do a quick little workout.”

From the moment Richie picked up the jump rope, she set out to have fun, dancing and kicking her legs in between hops. After showing off her impressive jump roping skills, she switched to medicine-ball slams. During her water break, Richie showed off a few dance moves, laughing as the endorphins kicked in. The rest of the routine included a few weighted exercises using a Pilates ring and Bala hand weights, and ended with an intense set of mountain climbers that left her laying on the floor.

Vidor previously helped Richie train in the months leading up to her wedding with Elliot Grainge on April 22. Richie’s pre-wedding workouts (which you can see in her Instagram Story highlights) included dynamic moves such as jumping jacks with punches, squat shuffles, and lateral lunges all while wearing a weighted vest.

Richie’s at-home gym, as shown in the TikTok, also features a treadmill, an elliptical machine, and multiple pieces of equipment for resistance training. While she didn’t use any of the larger pieces of equipment for her quick workout, it’s clear that there’s more to see when it comes to her exercise routines.
