You don’t hear as much about fudge as you used to. We could be mistaken about that, this is true. Up here in the ivory tower that is the Quest™ blog it’s easy to lose touch with “the street”. Which is all to say, we were thrilled to try this delicious cookies & cream fudge featuring the Quest Dipped Cookies & Cream Protein Bar. We’re going to look for more samples now.

Ingredients

DIPPED COOKIES & CREAM FUDGE

Method

  1. Line a 6×6 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the heavy cream, sweetener and butter to a medium sized pot. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture has thickened.
  3. Place the chocolate chips into a heatproof bowl and pour the hot mixture over the chips.
  4. Let sit for 4-5 minutes before stirring smooth.
  5. Add in the bar pieces and use a rubber spatula to stir until incorporated.
  6. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
  7. Let the bars sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting into 16 squares andserving.

*Fudge can be stored at room temperature.
