Ingredients

Method

  1. Place the almond flour, baking powder, salt and protein powder into a mixing bowl and combine.
  2. Add in the eggs, oil, vanilla extract and almond milk and whisk until smooth. Stir in the Quest Bar pieces.
  3. Turn on mediumlow heat for griddle or a nonstick pan and spray with nonstick spray. Once hot, cook the pancakes ¼ cup at a time until cooked through.
    *If the batter sits for too long, it will soak up moisture so you may need to add a tablespoon or
    so of almond milk to thin it back out.
  4. Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
