Ingredients
HOT & SPICY WALKING TACOS
Lime Crema:
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Half lime, juiced and zest
- Pinch salt
Tacos:
- 8 oz ground chorizo, sausage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 bags Quest Hot & Spicy Protein Chips
- ½ cup grilled corn kernels
- 2 oz cotija cheese
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Method
- In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, lime juice, zest and salt. Set aside.
- Brown the chorizo in a large skillet over medium heat and olive oil until cooked through.
- Open the bags of chips, crush them and then fold down the tops.
- Fill with cooked chorizo, corn, cheese, cilantro and crema. Serve.
