Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the flour, garlic powder and salt to a bowl, combine the egg and hot sauce in another bowl and the blended chips in a third bowl.
  3. Coat each wing in the flour, and then cover in the egg mixture.
  4. Finally coat each wing in the crushed chips and place the wings on the baking sheet a couple inches apart.
  5. Bake the wings for 28 minutes and an internal temperature of 165 F.
  6. Cover the wings with tin foil after 7-8 minutes to keep the coated chips from burning.
