Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flour in a bowl, the egg in a bowl and chips in a third bowl.
  3. Cover each cheese stick in a flour then coat in egg.
  4. Add each egg coated cheese stick to the chip bowl and cover entirely and then place it on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the mozzarella sticks for 5-7 minutes and the cheese begins to ooze out of the sticks.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
