Fitness Workout for Women
Full body exercise routine using a bench. A workout bench is convenient and versatile. You can use an exercise bench to warm up, do abs, and strengthen your full body. This is one of my favorite full body strength and conditioning exercise routines, using a bench. Try these workout bench exercises and share your experience in the comment section below! 🙂

Kai begins with warm up exercises using a bench, transitions into lower body strength using a workout bench, moves on to an ab series using an exercise bench followed by an upper body strength routine using a bench, last but not least is a stretch series using a bench.

This complete bench workout routine will get your heart rate up while strengthening your full body.

1. incline bench mountain climber (60 seconds)
2. bench hop over (20 total)
3. bench quadruped straight leg circle (3 each direction)
4. bench sit to stand (15)
5. bench single leg sit to stand (8 each)
6. bulgarian split squat (10 each)
7. bench jack knife (12)
8. lying straight leg raise (10)
9. decline march to chest tap (5)
10. incline bench pushup (12)
11. tricep dips (12)
12. decline pushups (12)
13. lying chest stretch (30)
14. seated figure 4 (30 seconds hold)
15. kneeling quad stretch ( 30 seconds hold)
