Quick Fitness Workout
This is a quick workout.

100 jump ropes
25 kettlebell swings
10 weighted sit ups
25 burpees

100 jump ropes

The idea is to record your time, and then do the workout again in a month and see if you can improve your time, or progress the exercises: double unders, heavier weights etc.
