Try this quick walking and step workout in beautiful Chicago, Illinois. We’ll begin with an amazing walking section with great moves to really get the heart rate up, then move on to a cardio calorie-burning step section.

Description: Begin with a super fun marching warm-up to get your heart pumping with optional power bursts, and toning for the glutes and quads. At 10:07 grab your step bench for two fun step sections where Jenny will introduce more fun and creative foot and arm patterns. A quick cool down and stretch are included in the end.
