Hello everyone✩
For this vide, I decided that I wanted to try and workout like Pamela Reif for one week. Thanks to her, it was pretty easy to do so, since she posts new workout plans every single week for free (only one of the reasons why I love her)!
It’s insane how much I changed in this one week.
