We start indulging the day before Thanksgiving and try to stop indulging by the third quarter of the Super Bowl. My friends, do not try that at home. Ingredients

QUESTIFIED WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT TRUFFLES

Method

  1. Cut the Peppermint Bark Quest Bar into small pieces and place them in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 20 seconds.
  2. Add in the cream cheese and mix using a rubber spatula and stir until smooth.
  3. Add in the Quest Protein Powder and coconut flour and stir until a dough starts to come together.
  4. Separate the dough into 12 evenly sized balls.
  5. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave.
  7. Stop every 15 seconds to stir until smooth.
  8. Dip each ball into the white chocolate and coat evenly.
  9. Top with sprinkles and chill until solid.
