It’s time to work that stubborn lower belly. Lower abs can be a tough area to target, but with this 5 minute routine we are hitting lower abs specifically! Remember to keep your core engaged throughout every movement, we want to feel that burn! This workout requires no equipment, and can be done from home so there are no excuses. See you all there!
