Fitness Workout for Women
This 30 minute Full Body Resistance Band Workout will build muscle in your upper and lower body and core. It can be done in a chair or standing. Perfect for beginners and seniors.

This workout consists of 3 rounds of 4 exercises, each done twice. Each exercise is 40 second so you can go at your own pace. Exerting and relaxing your muscles slowly takes momentum out of the equation and challenges your muscles in both directions.
