10 MIN QUICK AND FIERCE CORE AND ABS WORKOUT AT HOME | NO EQUIPMENT// Hey babes! Today I’m here with a short and sweet core and abs workout. As you may or may not know, we are constantly working our core during other workouts, even if the movement is not for the core specifically, so a focused core and abs workout doesn’t need to be super long to be effective!
