Fitness Workout for Women
Today I’ve got a fun Barbie themed 10 min intense ab workout. I had my Ken (aka my personal trainer boyfriend) design this 10 minute intense ab workout. He trains super hard and was not playing when he sent me the exercises. We’ll be doing 20 different ab exercises intended to target all parts of your core. Throw on your cutest pink fit, enjoy the music, and let’s do this workout together!
